7 Brew Cup Sizes
Quick answer: 7 Brew has four cup sizes: Kids, Small, Medium and Large. Iced Small, Medium and Large cups are widely reported as 16, 24 and 32 ounces. Kids size is smaller and is only offered on some drinks.
| Size | Reported iced cup size | Espresso caffeine | Good for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kids | Smaller cup (select drinks) | Not usually offered for coffee | Kids and taste tests |
| Small | About 16 oz | 120 mg | A quick treat |
| Medium | About 24 oz | 120 mg | Most people |
| Large | About 32 oz | 240 mg | Big drinkers |
7 Brew does not post 7 Brew sizes in ounces on its website. The 16, 24 and 32 ounce numbers come from fan guides and customer reports. The official nutrition numbers support them. For example, cold brew caffeine goes from 179 to 268 to 357 mg, which matches cups that grow by half and then double. Hot cups may be a little smaller than iced cups, so ask your stand if you want to know.
These 7 Brew cup sizes are bigger than at many coffee chains. A Large iced drink is about a quart, which is a lot of drink. That is why many people find a Medium is plenty. Kids size is not just for kids, either. It is a cheap way to try a new flavor.

Coffee
7 Brew Coffee Sizes and Caffeine
7 Brew coffee sizes change the caffeine in a special way. A Small and a Medium espresso drink both have 120 mg of caffeine. A Large jumps to 240 mg. That means a Medium has the same caffeine as a Small, just with more milk and flavor. The Americano and cold brew are different, because they add more coffee as the cup grows.
| Coffee drink | Small | Medium | Large |
|---|---|---|---|
| Latte, Mocha, Breve, Originals | 120 mg | 120 mg | 240 mg |
| Americano | 120 mg | 180 mg | 240 mg |
| Cold Brew | 179 mg | 268 mg | 357 mg |
If you want more caffeine without more calories, choose a Large Americano or cold brew. If you want a sweet drink with less caffeine, a Medium Original gives you more flavor with the same 120 mg as a Small. A Large Original has double the caffeine. Pick the size that fits how much caffeine you want, not just how thirsty you are.
Large
7 Brew Large Size
The 7 Brew Large size is the biggest cup on the menu, reported at about 32 ounces iced. It has the most caffeine and the most calories. A Large Blondie has about 560 calories, compared with 280 for a Small. A Large Cold Brew has about 357 mg of caffeine, close to the FDA’s 400 mg daily guide for adults. That makes the Large a great deal, but also a lot of drink.
Is the Large Size Worth It?
A Large usually costs about a dollar more than a Medium. For coffee drinks, that dollar doubles your caffeine from 120 mg to 240 mg. For non-coffee drinks, you get about a third more drink. If you share or sip slowly, a Large is good value. If you just want a treat, a Small saves money and calories.
